Jungtea terms of use

These terms apply to Jungtea for ChatGPT and Claude (the "service"), the Jungtea MCP server at mcp.jungtea.com and its answers shown inside ChatGPT and Claude.

What the service is

The service checks website addresses and brand or company names against Jungtea's index of money ties and answers with what the index records: a level on Jungtea's money ladder, the reason in plain words, the source pages with their dates, and a way to report a mistake. A website the index has not checked is answered as "Not checked yet", which says nothing either way.

What the service is not

• It does not rate the quality, accuracy or trustworthiness of a website, a product, a brand or a review.
• It is not advice. Decisions about what to buy, read or trust are yours.
• It reports recorded facts from the sources it names, as of the dates it shows. Records can be incomplete or out of date, and ties that are not on record do not show.

Corrections

If an answer is wrong, use "Is this wrong?" on that answer, which opens an email with the website in the subject, and say what is wrong. Jungtea looks at every correction.

Acceptable use

Use the service through ChatGPT, Claude or another MCP client to check websites and names. Do not use it to attack, overload or probe the server, or to build a copy of Jungtea's index.

Availability and liability

The service is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. Jungtea may change, interrupt or withdraw it at any time. To the extent the law allows, Jungtea is not liable for any loss arising from using the service or relying on its answers.

What the service receives and keeps is described in the privacy policy.

Changes

These terms are dated 30 October 2026. Changes are posted here with a new date.
